Conditions and rules about ordering and delivery of Gifts and Certificates apply to the ones described in Ordering and Delivery Policy sections.

Gift Certificates

What is Gift Certificate?
The Gift Certificate is a prepaid payment device that comes with a set dollar value. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. The Gift Certificates we present have no associated service fees, but have the expiration date provided on them (6 months minimum).

Delivery
All Gift Certificates are delivered to the recipients in the special presentation envelope. SPA package arrives to the recipient as a personal nominal Gift Certificate. Recipient will able to use it at any convenient for her/him time - appointment required.

Usage
All Gift Certificates presented on our website can be used in in each Metropolitan Area that we operate in.
Exception: EGO SPA packages/gift certificates can be used in Kiev only.

Refunds
We do not provide any refunds or exchanges for lost, stolen, expired or unused Gift Certificates.

Electronics

Packaging
All electronics items are delivered in original manufacturer's packaging and gift wrapped.

Installation
Shall the recipient wish so, we will provide FREE unpacking, installation and/or setup of all electronics items delivered. Our representative will make sure item(s) is working correctly prior to leaving.
Recipient will be asked about the necessity of help and in case of one, full software installation^* ( Skype, web-camera^**, e-mail client, Yahoo! messenger, etc. ) or first usage help ( DVD players^**, digital cameras^**, mobile phones^** , etc^**. ) will be provided FREE of charge.

Warranty
All Electronics items come with full manufacture's warranty that's being activated at the time of purchase.

Exchange and Cancellation

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we may try to resolve the problem.

Before order leaves warehouse
Your order can be changed or cancelled for full refund ONLY before it leaves our warehouse for a delivery. Since we have not installed real-time tracking system yet, My Account section may not reflect most accurate order status. If you have submitted an order and realized that you need to change something, please contact our customer service department in Kiev as soon as possible.

After delivery has been made
There are no returns or exchanges on following items:

• Food Items,
• Perishable Items
• Personal Hygiene Items,
• Gift Certificates

All Gifts and Electronics items come with full manufacture's warranty that's being activated at the time of purchase.
Should there be an issue with an item during warranty period, it is recipient's responsibility to contact manufacturer in order to get item fixed or replaced. Kiev Delivery Group is not responsible for any Gifts and Electronics items once they are delivered, installed and confirmed working.

The recipient will be notified about about return and exchange policy upon the delivery.
