We are a Ukrainian company with a representative office in the USA and sales branches in Ukraine. Ukraineflora (formerly Kievdelivery) presents and accepts orders for its services on its website Ukraineflora.com and UAflora.com, and we will be happy to provide you with an exceptional level of customer service and security at the level of the best American companies.

We do not have pre-made flower arrangements or food/fruit baskets available for delivery in our salons. Our florists create a new bouquet from the freshest possible flowers just before the delivery, so your recipient gets the best of you (and this is why we do need the phone number of the recipient to arrange the delivery and this is why, very seldom though, we recommend our customers to make choice with other flowers in arrangements because it is not the season or there are no really fresh flowers of this or that kind).

When ordering flowers on our website, you can be 100% sure that your recipient will get fresh, beautiful flowers, just like the ones that you would. The same rules apply to gifts and foods and fresh fruits, cakes, and chocolate delivery. The central statement is "Quality and freshness is our top priority". Complaints about the quality of flowers (not fresh, fallen, etc.) received at any other time than at once upon delivery to the recipient will not be accepted. The recipient has the right to refuse to receive the flowers with her/his motivation (regarding quality, time, size, color, and so on) - we shall follow the complaint and will do the substitution or other necessary actions to satisfy the recipient in the soonest possible time.

We do FREE DELIVERY when a certain amount per total order with all discounts included is reached. More about it here - Free Delivery

We charge from 10 USD courier hand door-to-door delivery fee for orders within larger metropolitan areas. From 14 USD - for cities and villages within 35 km distance from larger metropolitan areas. From 24 USD - on distance 35 - 100 km from larger metropolitan areas. You will see the delivery fee when choosing the delivery city. 

Some areas may require extra handling charges - please be ready for that, and you will be notified about it after you make the request. If you do not agree with our delivery fees - we shall issue a full refund at once. It applies for the delivery to out of the above list areas, cities, and towns. It may happen that our courier will have to drive more than 100 miles to make the personal delivery of your order.

All of our floral arrangements are professionally assembled by a florist, utilizing only the freshest flowers available.
