We deliver flowers in time

If necessary we can deliver your order at the earliest possible date.  Delivery in Kyiv can be made within 2-3 hours if requested before 18:00 (6 pm). Delivery in other cities and towns where we operate can be made in less than 24 hours.  We shall do our best to have your order delivered on time. When ordering with us – your satisfaction and smile are guaranteed, and your unique feelings provided.

Quality of Flowers

We guarantee the quality of flowers when delivering then, though we can not guarantee their freshness and long life after flowers being delivered, as it is the recipient's responsibility. All flowers are unique and have specific demands. 

Complaints about the quality of flowers (not fresh, fallen, etc.) received at any other time than at once upon the delivery to the recipient will not be accepted.  The recipient has the right to refuse from receiving the flowers with her/his motivation. Motivations can be about quality, time, size, color, and so on - we shall follow the complaint and will do the substitution or other necessary actions to satisfy the recipient in the soonest possible time.
