• This bouquet is made from 21 roses of different colors in total.
• The arrangement size is approximately 60-70 cm in height and 45 cm in diameter.
  
• A vase is not included in the cost of arrangement and can be ordered additionally.
• We can still deliver this bouquet even if you have the phone number of the recipient only.

Guarantees and Substitution

Kievdelivery and affiliated local florists in Ukraine do everything they can to make sure your 21 roses of different colors bouquet arrives exactly as requested. Please know that in each instance, the utmost care & attention is given to ensure that your gift is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner.

Each bouquet is hand-designed by our florists, so the exact color, size of stems, and buds may vary.

The image displayed is only indicative in nature. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design as per availability.

For roses arrangements, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color or shade of color (for example, to ensure the freshest roses available are delivered, we may deliver deep red roses and light shades of pink roses and not simply red and white roses as presented on the product’s picture). Also, it is quite possible that there are more roses of some colors than another one.

Should the possible substitution affect more important features (for example, color from red to white, the size of the flowers, smaller quantity of stems) Kievdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, a full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your 21 roses of different colors will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Only the best and freshest red roses will be carefully arranged & hand-delivered by a local florist.

Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your 21 roses of different colors.

Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Since flowers are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only once.  It means that if 21 roses of different colors bouquet delivery were arranged for a certain address, time, and date and are on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form, an SMS message to your phone number sent.

The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even the customer requested a picture of the delivery, but the recipient refused to pose a bouquet of 21 roses of different colors, the pictures would not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not en route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
