From your side, you can just order this elegant bouquet and we shall deliver it from your heart with all your feelings in the fastest possible way. 

• A bouquet is made of 25 pink tulips.
• The size of the flower arrangement is 40-50 cm in height and 35 cm in diameter. 
• Arrived fresh directly from a field with bud closed, tulips will open in 1-2 days revealing full beauty and fragrance.
• A vase is not included in the cost of arrangement and can be ordered additionally.
• We can still deliver this bouquet even if you have the phone number of the recipient only.

Should the possible substitution affect more important features (for example, color from white into red, a number of stems) Kievdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and to arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, a full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your 25 Pink Tulips bouquet will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your 25 Pink Tulips bouquet.

Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Since tulips are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only once.  It means that if the 25 Pink Tulips bouquet delivery was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form, an SMS message to your phone number sent.

The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requested the picture of the delivery, but the recipient refused to pose with the 25 Pink Tulips bouquet, the pictures will not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not en route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
