Kievdelivery and affiliated local florists in Ukraine do everything they can to make sure your 25 white roses bouquet arrives exactly as requested. For white roses arrangements, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color or shade of color (for example, to ensure the freshest roses available delivered, we may deliver creme almost white, or white with the inclusions of green petals and not simply white roses as presented on the product’s picture).

Should the possible substitution affect more important features (for example, color from white to yellow, the size of the flowers, smaller quantity of stems) Kievdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and to arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, the full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your 25 white roses will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Only the freshest and most elegant white roses will be carefully arranged & hand-delivered by a local florist. Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Since flowers are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only once.  It means that if 25 white roses delivery was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and phone number entered in the correct form, an SMS message to your phone number sent.

The picture of delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even the customer requested the picture of delivery, but the recipient refused to pose with the bouquet of 25 white roses, the pictures would not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not on the route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
