Our florists include their experience and dedication to every bouquet they make. But when they make this bouquet of 29 orange or coral roses, the procedure of creating the arrangement is completely different. Usually, when they create some other bouquet, they come into the huge fridge,  pick the necessary stems of flowers, go to their working table and create the arrangement and after that, they convey it to the delivery manager. With this bouquet, the first thing they do is visit the nearest store and buy some orange fresh juice or delicious Italian espresso, tasteful delicious cakes, and the bar of expensive Belgian chocolate and eat all of that. And only after eating all these yummy things and getting the level of serotonin hormone (also known as the hormone of happiness) high, do they start creating the arrangement. Guarantees and Substitution

Kievdelivery and affiliated local florists in Ukraine do everything they can to make sure your 29 coral roses bouquet arrives exactly as requested. Please know that in each instance, the utmost care & attention is given to ensure that your gift is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner.

Each bouquet is hand-designed by our florists, so the exact color, size of stems, and buds may vary.

The image displayed is only indicative in nature. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design as per availability.

For roses arrangements, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color or shade of color (for example, to ensure the freshest roses available are delivered, we may deliver deep orange roses, or light red-orange velvet roses and not simply coral roses as presented on the product’s picture).

Should the possible substitution affect more important features (for example, color from red to white, the size of the flowers, smaller quantity of stems) Kievdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and to arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, a full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your 29 coral roses will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Only the best and freshest coral or orange roses will be carefully arranged & hand-delivered by a local florist. Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Since flowers are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only once.  It means that if 29 coral roses bouquet delivery was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent.

The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requests the picture(-s) of delivery, but the recipient refuses to pose with your bouquet of 29 coral roses, the pictures will not be made. The availability of the picture(-s) of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not en route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
