Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your gift(s). Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Even though White Roses Teddy Bear is not perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only once.  It means that if White Roses Teddy Bear delivery was arranged for a certain address, time and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered. Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and phone number entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent.

The picture of delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requests the picture(s) of delivery, but the recipient refuses to pose with your gift(s), the pictures will not be made. The availability of the picture(s) of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order has not been started for execution. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
