A true classical cake in the world of European cakes. This is a real German prince - Black Forest cherry cake. We call it "The Black Forest". This cake is with whipped cream and cherry. He appeared in Germany in the early 1930s and now has earned a worldwide reputation. Black Forest cherry cake is made of chocolate sponge cakes soaked with cherry liqueur or brandy, and stuffing made from cherries. The cake is decorated with cherries and chocolate chips. The origin of the cake is not known, and it is not necessarily associated with the same region of Germany. But you can realize how serious it was in Germany's commercial practices since the production of Black Forest cherry cake is regulated by state guidelines. As for Ukraine, we have of course an easier situation, but the main idea is still the same - it is a very delicious cake. Attention! Sometimes it happens that we cannot find exactly the same cake as in the picture. We shall contact you to agree on the options we have.  Weight 1,5 + kg

But, please, agree with us, that a beautiful bouquet of flowers and (or) a teddy bear will become a great addition to your order and will try to convey your feelings to the recipient in full. Please do not forget to add your text to the recipient, and we shall put it on the card and deliver it together with your order. 

Guarantees and Substitution

Kievdelivery and affiliated local florists in Ukraine do everything they can to make sure your "Black Forest" cake arrives exactly as requested. Please know that in each instance, the utmost care & attention is given to ensure that your gift cake is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner. We make deliveries of the cakes in special packing, cakes are stored in the fridge right before and during the delivery to ensure their freshness and high quality when presented to your recipient.  

The image displayed is only indicative in nature. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual cake delivered in Ukraine may vary in shape or design as per availability. 

Should the possible substitution affect more important features (for example, the type or size of a cake) Kievdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and to arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, a full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your "Black Forest" cake will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your "Black Forest" cake. Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Since cakes are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done once.  It means that if "Black Forest" cake delivery was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent. The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even customer requested the picture(s) of the delivery, but the recipient refused to pose with your gift(s), the pictures will not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered. 

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not en route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the gift from you.
