Each centerpiece is made for every order from the available flowers, plants, and decorations.  So, the exact look, size, and design of the сenterpiece may vary. The image displayed is only indicative in nature. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design as per the availability.

This product and the nature of its creation does not involve any possible substitutions. If the company fails to contact the sender and to arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, the full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your Christmas Centerpiece #1 will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your gift(s). Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Even though Christmas Centerpiece #1 is not perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only once.  It means that if Christmas Centerpiece #1 delivery was arranged for a certain address, time and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered. Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and phone number entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent.

The picture of delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requests the picture(-s) of delivery, but the recipient refuses to pose with your gift(s), the pictures will not be made. The availability of the picture(-s) of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order has not been started for execution. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
