Please note several important things before ordering:
- You can not add this item to the order with items that will be delivered by courier personal delivery (like flowers, roses, bouquets, etc.)
- We still need the Ukrainian phone number of the recipient to contact her/him to confirm the nearest Nova Poshta post office.
- A basket is included in the cost. The food basket is shrink-wrapped additionally.
- Same-day delivery, return and exchange of the product is not available. No refunds for via Post Only baskets are available.
How long will it take:
- it will take up to 24 hours for us to prepare and dispatch the basket to Nova Poshta after you make and pay for the order.
- it will take up to 1-3 days for Nova Poshta to deliver the basket to the city and the closest post office to your recipient (more than 20000 post offices all over Ukraine).
- your recipient will receive an SMS message about the arrival of the package with your basket.
- your recipient will have up to 7 days to pick up the package with your basket.
Your ChocoBasket 7 will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:
- The customer makes an order via Kievdelivery's official website and provides all necessary correct information, which also includes the required full name and phone number of the recipient. Only after the correct information and payment are received, we will start to proceed with the order.
- The customer is welcome to provide the text for the greetings card during checkout. It will be printed and added to the basket.
- The basket will be wrapped and packed into the paper box.
- ChocoBasket 7 will be dispatched to Nova Poshta and will be sent to the city and Nova Poshta post office of the recipient on her/his name and phone number.
- A special 14 digits track number of the package will be sent to the recipient's phone number, so she or he can track the movement of the package.
- After receiving the 14 digits track number, your order will be considered as done (DELIVERED) and notification will be sent to the customer (to you), though the actual day and time when the recipient has your gift in her/his hands can be different.
- Package with ChocoBasket 7 arrives at its destination. The recipient receives an SMS message about the arrival of the package.
- The package with your gift will be available for pick up for 7 days. If the recipient does not pick up the package within 7 days, it will be returned to Kievdelivery. No refund or resend or exchange will be made.
- The recipient does not pay any fees - all delivery, packing, transport fees are included in the cost of the basket you pay on our website.
Kievdelivery does not have any agreements or obligations with Nova Poshta LLC and uses its services as per General Public conditions. Due to the nature of this service, no picture or video of the delivery will be made. The availability of the picture(-s) of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.
Regular, Premium, or Prestige
Customers can select from three available options for the style and size of the products delivered: REGULAR, PREMIUM, or PRESTIGE.
For flowers and bouquets, there are the following options available:
- Regular — florists will carefully craft the flower arrangement to closely mirror the style and dimensions depicted in the picture presented on the product's page.
- Premium — when the customer selects this option, the florist can include additional foliage, add a ribbon or wrapping, and potentially increase the number of flowers. The specific flowers and the number of stems added may vary based on local availability and the florist's discretion.
- Prestige — this option ensures a bounty of flowers and foliage compared to the Premium and Regular choices. Additionally, it may include extra enhancements such as wrapping, ribbon, or complementary flowers and greens that might not be visible in the photograph but perfectly complement the overall style of the product.
For gifts, there are the following options available:
- Regular — gifts with this selection of styles will be delivered in their original packaging (perfumes) or as presented in the product description and shown on the picture (food and gourmet baskets, gift sets, etc.)
- Premium — customers who select this style can expect the gifts to arrive with additional ribbon or wrapping (for perfumes) and even extra items included (for baskets and sets) to create a bigger impression and deliver excitement and special feelings.
- Prestige — this option ensures larger or better quality items in the baskets or gift sets and foliage compared to the Premium and Regular choices. Additionally, it may include extra enhancements such as wrapping, ribbon, or complementary items. The name says it all — with this option, your gift will look more prestigious.
Kyivdelivery and affiliated local florists in Ukraine do everything they can to make sure your flowers and/or gifts are delivered precisely as requested. Please know that in each instance, the utmost care and attention are given to ensure that your gift is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner.
Substitution and Delivery Policy

To ensure the timely delivery of your arrangement, there may be occasions when substitutions are necessary. Rest assured, we handle your order with the utmost care and attention, striving to make it as closely resembling the requested item as possible. Each bouquet is hand-designed by our florists, so the exact color, size of the stems, and number of buds may vary. The image displayed is only indicative. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
In the case of assorted flower arrangements, we prioritize using the colors displayed online whenever possible. This may involve substituting other types of flowers that hold equal or greater value. For unique flower arrangements, such as those comprised solely of roses, lilies, or tulips, we will make every effort to match the specific flower type. However, there is a possibility that we may need to substitute with a different color while maintaining the overall aesthetic. For example, for rose arrangements, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color or shade of color (for example, to ensure the freshest roses available are delivered, we may deliver light red roses, or deep red velvet roses and not simply red roses as presented on the product’s picture).
Should the possible substitution affect more important features (for example, color from red to white, the size of the flowers, a smaller quantity of stems), Kyivdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, a full refund will be issued and the order canceled.
The policy of possible substitutions or changes for gifts is applicable for complex gifts, such as food and gourmet baskets, gift sets, Christmas compositions, etc. Due to the local availability of some items included in the gift, local florists have the right to replace the items in the baskets with items of the same quality and type in the same or more expensive price range. For example, Swiss chocolate can be replaced with Belgian or Italian chocolate, French cheese can be replaced with Holland-made cheese, etc.
For single gifts, such as perfumes, gift cards, electronics, and boxes of chocolate candies, we do not make any substitutions. We deliver as ordered. For items like teddy bears and stuffed animals, cakes, vases, plants, and balloons, substitutions with slight differences from those presented in pictures in form and colors are possible only due to local availability.

- Deliveries are usually made between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we make the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine. Should the sender require a specific time of delivery, we will try our best to do so, but we can not guarantee it due to the complex traffic and other conditions.
- A delivery attempt will be made only once. It means that if a flower bouquet and/or gift delivery were arranged with the recipient for a certain address, time, and date and are on the route, they cannot be changed afterward. If no one is available to receive the delivered items under prearranged conditions, we will leave them at the door. We will accept this order as delivered.
- Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address, and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form with the country code included, an SMS message will be sent to the customer's phone number.
- The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requested a picture of the delivery, but the recipient refused to pose with a bouquet or gift, the pictures would not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order.
- We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not en route to the recipient. Please note that no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refuses to accept the delivery.
