 We need at least 48 hours to make the order with this cake in it. We are pretty sure that this cake can save you tons of emotions and can save you from depression. Yes, the depression you get when trying to create or find the right gift for the Birthday of your dear person in Ukraine. So, what about the custom-made cake? Look at the real photos of the cakes that we have delivered. Just find the one you like on the pages of other internet websites, send us a photo, and we will make and deliver exactly the same cake. You also can choose the filling (chocolate, biscuit, with cocoa or strawberry jam, just everything you prefer). The weight of the cake will be 2+ kg. Look at the pictures of the real cakes that we have delivered! So, this is how it works:

1) You have a beloved recipient in Ukraine and need to send some exclusive gifts. You liked our idea about a custom-made cake and contact us with the request. We need a photo of the cake and the city of delivery.

2) We check the details and have confirmation from the bakery (we work with the best ones only). And send you the confirmation.

3) You make the order on our website and pay for it. Have our final confirmation.

4) You accept tons of appreciation and gratitude from your beloved person in Ukraine after we deliver your special tasty exclusive cake! 

We will need 3-4 days to make the order. 

• This product is delivered in special cake packing. We deliver fresh-baked cakes only. 
  
• Same-day delivery, return and exchange of the product are not available.

The cake we deliver is a delicious and wonderful surprise by itself. But, please, agree with us, that a beautiful bouquet of flowers and (or) a teddy bear will become a great addition to your order and will try to convey your feelings to the recipient in full. Please do not forget to add your text to the recipient, and we shall put it on the card and deliver it together with your order.

Guarantees and Substitution

Kievdelivery and affiliated local florists in Ukraine do everything they can to make sure your Custom Made cake arrives exactly as requested. Please know that in each instance, the utmost care & attention is given to ensure that your gift cake is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner. We make deliveries of the cakes in special packing, cakes are stored in the fridge right before and during the delivery to ensure their freshness and high quality when presented to your recipient.  

The image displayed is only indicative in nature. Although we make a 100% effort to match the image displayed, the actual cake delivered in Ukraine may vary in shape or design as per availability. 

Should the possible substitution affect more important features (for example, the type or size of a cake) Kievdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and to arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, a full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your Custom Made cake will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your Custom Made cake. Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Since cakes are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done once.  It means that if Custom Made cake delivery was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent. The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even customer requested the picture(s) of the delivery, but the recipient refused to pose with your gift(s), the pictures will not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered. 

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not en route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the gift from you.
