Guarantees and Substitution

Kievdelivery and affiliated local florists in Ukraine do everything they can to make sure your Halloween Tradition bouquet arrives exactly as requested. Please know that in each instance, the utmost care & attention is given to ensure that your gift is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner.

Each bouquet is hand-designed by our florists, so exact color, size of stems and buds may vary.

The image displayed is only indicative in nature. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design as per the availability. Also, substitution with another sort of flowers with the same color and shade and cost is possible.  

Should the possible substitution affect more important features (for example, color from the pink into yellow, the size of the flowers, smaller quantity of stems) Kievdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and to arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, the full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your Halloween Tradition bouquet will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your Halloween Tradition bouquet.

Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Since flowers are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only once.  It means that if Halloween Tradition bouquet delivery was arranged for a certain address, time and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and phone number entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent.

The picture of delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requests the picture(-s) of delivery, but the recipient refuses to pose with the Halloween Tradition bouquet, the pictures will not be made. The availability of the picture(-s) of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not on the route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
