Delivery Policy

Your Nina Ricci Nina will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

After Kievdelivery receives the order and full payment for it, we start processing your order. 

The date of delivery of the perfumes (and full order with other items if other items such as flowers, toys, baskets, etc. were ordered as well) depends on the availability of the ordered perfumes. Usually, we are able to make the delivery of the perfumes 24 hours after the order was made. But some positions will require more days to be delivered. In this case, we will contact the customer by email and will inform him/her about the nearest possible date of delivery. If no answer received - we accept it as the agreement with the new date of the delivery. If the proposed date of the delivery is not suitable for the customer, Kievdelivery will make a full refund as soon as possible. 

Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and phone number entered in the correct form, SMS message to your phone number sent. The picture of delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requests the picture(-s) of delivery, but the recipient refuses to pose with your gift(-s), the pictures will not be made. The availability of the picture(-s) of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
