Photo Custom Cake

Product Information

 We need at least 48 hours to make the order with this cake in it. You have a great chance to order the delivery of a very delicious cake with a photo of your choice printed on it. We will need 3-4 days to make the order. Also, please do not forget to contact us beforehand to confirm if delivery is possible to the city of your recipient. After the details are confirmed and arranged, we will wait for the photo to be on the cake ( send it to [email protected]) and for the payment. The price is for a cake of 2+ kg weight depending on filling and ingredients (e.g. expensive exotic fruits, macaroons, etc.). 

• This product is delivered in special cake packing. We deliver fresh-baked cakes only. 
  
• Same-day delivery, return and exchange of the product are not available.

The cake we deliver is a delicious and wonderful surprise by itself. But, please, agree with us, that a beautiful bouquet of flowers and (or) a teddy bear will become a great addition to your order and will try to convey your feelings to the recipient in full. Please do not forget to add your text to the recipient, and we shall put it on the card and deliver it together with your order.

Guarantees and Substitution

Kievdelivery and affiliated local florists in Ukraine do everything they can to make sure your "Photo Custom" cake arrives exactly as requested. Please know that in each instance, the utmost care & attention is given to ensure that your gift cake is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner. We make deliveries of the cakes in special packing, cakes are stored in the fridge right before and during the delivery to ensure their freshness and high quality when presented to your recipient.  

The image displayed is only indicative in nature. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual cake delivered in Ukraine may vary in shape or design as per availability. 

Should the possible substitution affect more important features (for example, the type or size of a cake) Kievdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and to arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, a full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your "Photo Custom" cake will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your "Photo Custom" cake. Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Since cakes are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done once.  It means that if "Photo Custom" cake delivery was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent. The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even customer requested the picture(s) of the delivery, but the recipient refused to pose with your gift(s), the pictures will not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered. 

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not en route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the gift from you.
