There are a couple of things that should be considered before you make the order:

• Please order an uneven number of stems of roses (3,5,7,9, 11, 15, and so on). The even number of stems is considered to be a sign of bad luck in Ukraine
• Luxury quality pink roses imported from Ecuador or the Netherlands.
• The arrangement size is approximately 80-95 cm in height
• A vase is not included in the cost of arrangement and can be ordered additionally.

Please know that in each instance, the utmost care & attention is given to ensure that your gift is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner.

Each bouquet is hand-designed by our florists, so the exact color, size of stems, and buds may vary.

For luxury pink roses arrangements, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color or shade of color (for example, to ensure the freshest roses available are delivered, we may deliver light pink almost white, or deep pink roses and not simply pink roses as presented on the product’s picture).

Delivery Policy

Your luxury pink roses will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Only the freshest and most elegant pink imported roses will be carefully arranged & hand-delivered by a local florist. Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your luxury pink roses.

Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine. Since flowers are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only once.  It means that if a luxury pink roses bouquet delivery was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form, an SMS message to your phone number sent. The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requested a picture of the delivery, but the recipient refused to pose with a bouquet of luxury pink roses, the pictures will not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not en route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
