If we cannot deliver the ordered plant, we will propose the substitution. Should the possible substitution affect more important features (for example, type, color, or size of the plant, etc.) Kievdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and to arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, the full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your Calathea plant will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your Calathea plant. Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Since plants are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only once.  It means that if Calathea plant delivery was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered. Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and phone number entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent.

The picture of delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even the customer requested a picture of the delivery, but the recipient refused to pose with the plant, the pictures will not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not on the route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
