Your Gift for Platinum Gift Card Certificate will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

After Kievdelivery receives the order and full payment for it, we start processing your order. We contact the recipient and inform her about the nature of the gift that was ordered for her/him. If the recipient has any preferences (location or type of the beauty and spa-salon) - we try to follow these preferences. We contact the recommended or preferred beauty salon, arrange the Certificate, and then make its delivery to the recipient.  Even though it sounds complicated, it is a matter of just one phone call to the recipient. As a result, your gift of the Gift for Platinum Gift Card Certificate will be desirable and very useful. 

Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine. Even though this certificate is not perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only twice.  It means that if your gift was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed more than 1 time. 

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and phone number entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent.
