Delivery Policy

Your Relax Darling Certificate will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

After Kievdelivery receives the order and full payment for it, we start processing your order. We contact the recipient and inform them about the nature of the gift that was ordered for her/him. If the recipient has any preferences (location or type of beauty and spa salon) - we try to follow these preferences. We contact the recommended or preferred beauty salon, arrange the Certificate, and then make its delivery to the recipient.  Even though it sounds complicated, it is a matter of just one phone call to the recipient. As a result, your gift of the Relax Darling Certificate will be desirable and very useful. 

Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine. Even though this certificate is not perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only twice.  It means that if your gift was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed more than 1 time. 

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent. The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requests the picture(-s) of delivery, but the recipient refuses to pose with your gift(-s), the pictures will not be made. The availability of the picture(-s) of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.
