Just judge by yourself - we have collected breathtaking pink roses, amazing light white irises, and a lot of air greenery. And you can order it for minimal money. PS. Just a short message from our manager Mr. Raccoon: white irises are a very seasonal and specific product, so our florists sometimes can make an exchange with some other still white and light flowers or irises of another color. 

• The bouquet is made of 7 pink roses, 5 irises (can be replaced with chrysanthemums or tulips or other of the same kind flowers), and greenery.
• The arrangement size is approximately 60-70 cm in height and 40 cm in diameter.
• A vase is not included in the cost of arrangement and can be ordered additionally.
• We can still deliver this bouquet even if you have the phone number of the recipient only.
  

This roses arrangement is a beautiful gift. But, please, allow us to propose you add a teddy bear or delicious chocolate candies.  It will be an amazing gift set, which will help to convey your feelings. Please do not forget to add text, we shall put it in the card to be delivered with your order.

Guarantees and Substitution

Kievdelivery and affiliated local florists in Ukraine do everything they can to make sure your "Floral Cloud" bouquet arrives exactly as requested. Please know that in each instance, the utmost care & attention is given to ensure that your gift is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner.

Each bouquet is hand-designed by our florists, so the exact color, size of stems, and buds may vary.

The image displayed is only indicative in nature. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design as per availability. Also, substitution with another sort of flowers with the same color and shade and cost is possible.  

Should the possible substitution affect more important features (for example, color from pink into yellow, the size of the flowers, smaller quantity of stems) Kievdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and to arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, a full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your "Floral Cloud" bouquet will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your "Floral Cloud" bouquet. Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Since flowers are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only once.  It means that if "Floral Cloud" bouquet delivery was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered. Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form, an SMS message to your phone number sent.

The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requested a picture of the delivery, but the recipient refused to pose with the "Floral Cloud" bouquet, the pictures will not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered. We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not en route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
