Delivery Policy

We will deliver a bottle of Semi-sweet Champagne together with other items from your order or separately.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form, an SMS message to your phone number sent. The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requested a picture of the delivery, but the recipient refused to pose with your gift, the pictures will not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not en route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
