Delivery Policy

Your Silver Gift Card will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

After Kievdelivery receives the order and full payment for it, we start processing your order. We go to perfumes and cosmetics store, buy Silver Gift Card, pack it into the envelop and deliver according to your instructions. 

Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and phone number entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent. The picture of delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requests the picture(-s) of delivery, but the recipient refuses to pose with your gift(-s), the pictures will not be made. The availability of the picture(-s) of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.
