Product Information

If you have been missing someone and want to remind her or him of sweet evenings together, or just want to wish "Good Evening" to special people in Ukraine, please allow us to propose you send this cute little basket named "Sweet Evening". We will include in the basket the following products: Merci candies box, Ritter Sport chocolate bar, high-quality tea, and high-quality cherry or strawberry, or raspberry jam. After that we will add some decorations and deliver the basket to your recipient with your best wishes. Please note that due to local availability, the size and shape, and form of the basket and decorations may vary, but all the products inside will be like you see in the picture. 

• A basket is included in the cost. The food basket is shrink-wrapped additionally. 
• We deliver fresh products only. 
  
• Depending on regional or seasonal availability, some items in the basket can be substituted.
• Same-day delivery, return and exchange of the product is not available.

At the same time, agree, the Ukraine flowers mix will become a great addition to your order, and together with the basket, they will try to convey your feelings to the recipient in their full. Please do not forget to add your text to the recipient and we shall put it on the card and deliver it together with your order for free. 

Guarantees and Substitution

Kievdelivery and affiliated local florists in Ukraine do everything they can to make sure your Sweet Evening basket arrives exactly as requested. Please know that in each instance, the utmost care & attention is given to ensure that your gift is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner.

Each basket is fulfilled with the product and wrapping available in the area of delivery.  So, the exact look, size, and design of the basket with products may vary. The image displayed is only indicative in nature. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design as per availability.

Substitution with another product with the features, the same color, and the cost is possible if the exact item presented in the description of the products in the basket is not available on the local market of the delivery area in Ukraine. In case of important items to be substituted, Kievdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and to arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, a full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your Sweet Evening basket will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your Sweet Evening basket.

Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

We buy the products for food baskets 2-3 hours before the delivery and stored them in the right conditions to guarantee their freshness and quality once delivered to your recipient. Since products in the basket are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only once.  It means that if "Sweet Evening" basket delivery was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent.

The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even if the customer requests the picture(-s) of delivery, but the recipient refuses to pose with the Sweet Evening basket, the pictures will not be made. The availability of the picture(-s) of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order has not been started for execution, e.g. we have not started to buy the food and other products for the basket delivery in Ukraine. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
