Please know that in each instance, the utmost care & attention is given to ensure that your toy gift is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner.

The image displayed is only indicative in nature. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual soft toy delivered in Ukraine may vary in shape or design as per availability. 

Should the possible substitution affect more important features (for example, model, color, or size) Kievdelivery will contact the sender by all the means provided for future instructions. If the company fails to contact the sender and to arrange the delivery of the ordered item as shown in the picture and in the description, a full refund will be issued and the order canceled.

Delivery Policy

Your "Umka Bear" stuffed toy will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your "Umka Bear" stuffed toy. Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number is entered in the correct form, an SMS message to your phone number sent. The picture of the delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even customer requested the picture(s) of the delivery, but the recipient refused to pose with your gift(s), the pictures will not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered. 

We will issue a full refund upon the customer's request if the order is not en route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the gift from you.
