There are a couple of things that should be considered before you make the order:

• Please order an uneven number of stems of roses (3,5,7,9, 11, 15 and so on). The even number of stems are considered to be the sign of bad luck in Ukraine
• Luxury quality white roses imported from Ecuador or the Netherlands.
• Arrangement size is approximately 80-95 cm in height
• A vase is not included in the cost of arrangement and can be ordered additionally.

But, please, allow us to propose you to add a teddy bear or delicious chocolate candies.  It will be an amazing gift set, which will help to convey your feelings. Please know that in each instance, the utmost care & attention is given to ensure that your gift is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner.

Each bouquet is hand-designed by our florists, so the exact color, size of stems, and buds may vary.

For luxury white roses arrangements, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color or shade of color (for example, to ensure the freshest roses available delivered, we may deliver light white, or almost creme roses and not simply white roses as presented on the product’s picture).

Delivery Policy

Your luxury white roses will be delivered in Ukraine in the following way:

Only the freshest and most passionate white imported roses will be carefully arranged & hand-delivered by a local florist. Although we do follow the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee we will follow them completely. It is connected with the fact that we do make a call to the recipient in order to arrange the delivery and follow the instructions of the person, who receives your luxury red roses.

Deliveries are usually and normally made between 8 am and 8 pm Ukrainian time. Though, should the recipient require other times of delivery, we do the utmost efforts to follow the desires of your special person in Ukraine. Since flowers are perishable in nature, an attempt for delivery will be done only once.  It means that if luxury white roses'  bouquet delivery was arranged for a certain address, time, and date and is on the route, it can not be changed afterward. We will accept this order as delivered.

Notification about the delivery of your order will be sent to your email address and, if the option is chosen and the phone number entered in the correct form, SMS-message to your phone number sent. The picture of delivery is made with the permission of the recipient only. Even customer requested the picture of delivery, but the recipient refused to pose with a bouquet of luxury white roses, the pictures will not be made. The availability of pictures of delivery does not affect the status of the order delivered.

We will issue a full refund upon customer's request if the order is not on the route to the recipient. Please note, no refund will be made if the person at the delivery address refused to accept the delivery.
